As an Associate Software / Platform Engineer, you will contribute to the development and implementation of scalable AI solutions using enterprise-grade AI platforms. The position focuses on Python-based development, AI application integration, data processing, API development, and supporting AI/ML workflows. Engineers will gain practical exposure to cutting-edge technologies such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, cloud platforms, and AI-driven application architectures. Working under the guidance of Senior AI Engineers, candidates will participate in designing, testing, debugging, documenting, and deploying intelligent software solutions that support business transformation initiatives across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate Python-based software components that support enterprise AI use cases and intelligent business applications.
• Collaborate with Senior AI Engineers to implement scalable, maintainable, and reliable AI-powered solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Support AI and machine learning workflows by assisting with data preparation, preprocessing, model integration, and application deployment activities.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using modern AI engineering practices.
• Work with technologies related to Large Language Models (LLMs), embeddings, chunking strategies, vector retrieval systems, and knowledge-based AI applications.
• Design and consume REST APIs to enable seamless communication between AI services, applications, and enterprise platforms.
• Participate in software testing, debugging, validation, and performance optimization to ensure high-quality application delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and development artifacts to support project requirements.
• Assist in deploying and monitoring AI-enabled applications across cloud-based and enterprise technology environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and contribute to innovative AI-driven solutions.
• Learn and implement software engineering best practices, coding standards, security principles, and development methodologies.
• Continuously enhance technical skills through mentorship, training programs, hands-on projects, and emerging technology exploration.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in software development, programming, application engineering, or related technical roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python with a solid understanding of software development principles and coding best practices.
• Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning concepts, and practical AI use cases in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, web services, and API integration techniques used in modern software applications.
• Knowledge of data handling, data processing workflows, and modular software design principles.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, cloud-native application development, and modern software engineering tools is preferred.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, or related AI technologies is beneficial.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a passion for learning new technologies and frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing methodologies, source code management, and software deployment processes is an advantage.
