Roles & Responsibilities
- Support product discovery initiatives by conducting user research, gathering customer feedback, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate with senior product managers to define, prioritize, and refine product roadmap initiatives that align with customer needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable, high-quality product features within agile Scrum development environments.
- Assist in defining product requirements, writing detailed user stories, and creating acceptance criteria that guide successful feature implementation.
- Contribute to the development of AI-powered product capabilities, including intelligent recommendations, automation features, and advanced user experiences.
- Analyze product performance metrics and customer behavior data to evaluate feature effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
- Participate in prioritization discussions by balancing customer feedback, technical considerations, and business impact when making product decisions.
- Investigate customer-reported issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and user trust.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, designers, developers, and business teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and product differentiation.
- Support product launches and feature rollouts by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
- Continuously develop product management skills through mentorship, customer engagement, data analysis, and collaboration with experienced professionals.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA candidates may receive additional consideration.
- Zero to two years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, customer-facing roles, software development, or related disciplines.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to understand user challenges and translate customer needs into valuable product solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and making evidence-based recommendations.
- Ability to transform ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable product requirements and development priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively and influence stakeholders.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals and experience collaborating with engineering teams in agile environments.
- Familiarity with product management concepts such as roadmaps, user stories, backlog prioritization, acceptance criteria, and product lifecycle management.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and AI-powered product innovation initiatives.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution with a focus on delivering measurable customer and business outcomes.
- Continuous learning mindset with enthusiasm for exploring emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in product management.
Expected Salary
