As an mthree graduate trainee, you will work alongside experienced engineers to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications and technology platforms. Depending on your assigned pathway, you may contribute to software development projects, support mission-critical banking applications, manage site reliability engineering tasks, or work on regulatory reporting systems and algorithmic trading platforms. The program emphasizes modern software engineering practices including object-oriented programming, data structures, software design patterns, test-driven development, debugging, and the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Throughout the program, you will collaborate with global technology teams while developing practical technical expertise that prepares you for high-impact enterprise roles.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications that meet enterprise performance, reliability, and security standards while following modern software engineering best practices.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, documentation, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with experienced software engineers, architects, quality assurance professionals, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality technology solutions for global clients.
• Develop efficient, reusable, and maintainable code using programming languages such as Java, Python, C, C++, or other modern technologies based on project requirements.
• Support mission-critical enterprise systems including banking applications, algorithmic trading platforms, financial reporting systems, and business automation solutions.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and issue resolution to ensure stable application performance and minimize production incidents.
• Participate in software testing activities, code reviews, quality assurance processes, and test-driven development practices to improve software quality and reliability.
• Contribute to application enhancements, feature development, system optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and business performance.
• Work effectively within globally distributed teams while communicating project progress, technical updates, and implementation challenges with internal stakeholders.
• Continuously learn emerging technologies, programming frameworks, cloud platforms, software development methodologies, and engineering tools through structured training and hands-on project experience.
• Follow organizational coding standards, documentation practices, version control processes, and security guidelines throughout software development activities.
• Build strong professional relationships with mentors, trainers, client teams, and fellow engineers while demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, or another STEM-related discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 60% academic score throughout 10th, 12th/Diploma, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate education (where applicable), with no active standing arrears or backlogs.
• Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, C, C++, or other programming languages, with the ability to write logical, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Good understanding of core computer science concepts including Data Structures, Algorithms, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Multithreading.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software engineering principles, software testing methodologies, and development workflows.
• Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD), debugging techniques, version control concepts, and software quality assurance practices will be advantageous.
• Excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, troubleshooting abilities, and problem-solving skills required for solving complex technical challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural and globally distributed engineering teams.
• Competitive programming achievements, coding competition participation, internships, academic projects, or open-source contributions will be considered an added advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to client locations such as Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, or other locations across India, and commit to onsite work based on client project requirements.

Expected Salary

The mthree Graduate Recruitment Program offers an attractive starting salary of ₹9.15 LPA, with scheduled salary increments every 12 months based on performance and program progression.
