Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Participate in the structured 18-month Management Training Program while gaining practical exposure across multiple business functions and organizational processes.
  2. Work on live business projects involving operations, sales, finance, human resources, research and development, administration, or information technology based on assigned functional areas.
  3. Analyze business challenges, collect relevant data, and recommend practical solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  4. Collaborate with experienced managers and cross-functional teams to understand departmental objectives, workflows, and organizational best practices.
  5. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, business analyses, and project documentation while ensuring data accuracy and timely completion.
  6. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying operational gaps, evaluating existing procedures, and contributing innovative ideas.
  7. Participate in training sessions, workshops, mentoring programs, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen technical and managerial competencies.
  8. Develop strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills while interacting with colleagues, customers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  9. Learn company policies, manufacturing processes, product knowledge, quality standards, and customer service practices to build comprehensive business understanding.

Requirements & Eligibility

  1. Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant work experience or qualifications from reputed institutions may receive preference and higher compensation.

Expected Salary

Hawkins Cookers Limited offers an attractive compensation package for Management Trainees. During the 18-month training period, candidates can expect an annual salary ranging from ₹5 LPA to ₹12 LPA, depending on educational qualifications, specialization, institute reputation, and overall selection performance. Upon successful completion of the training program and confirmation as a permanent employee, the salary generally increases to ₹7 LPA to ₹14 LPA, along with additional employee benefits, performance-based incentives, and long-term career advancement opportunities.
