Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise software applications by writing clean, efficient, and scalable code that aligns with project requirements and organizational coding standards.
• Analyze functional and technical requirements to prepare detailed technical designs that support reliable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.
• Build application features, modules, and enhancements while ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices and established development methodologies.
• Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests to validate application functionality, improve code quality, and reduce software defects before deployment.
• Support application testing activities by identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving functional and technical defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including design specifications, implementation details, testing records, and project-related artifacts.
• Provide regular project status updates by communicating development progress, technical challenges, risks, and completion timelines with project stakeholders.
• Follow established software development processes, coding guidelines, quality assurance standards, and project execution methodologies to ensure consistent delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with software developers, testers, business analysts, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality software solutions on schedule.
• Participate in technical training, continuous learning programs, self-development initiatives, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance professional and technical capabilities.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or any related discipline from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, C++, or similar modern development technologies.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, software testing concepts, and application development best practices.
• Understanding of debugging techniques, code optimization, unit testing, and software quality assurance processes will be beneficial.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and collaborative software development workflows is considered an added advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technical discussions.
• Willingness to learn emerging technologies, participate in technical training, and continuously improve programming and software engineering skills.
• A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as within collaborative engineering teams.
