Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications that support critical business functions including finance, human resources, marketing, and internal operations across the organization.
• Analyze existing software applications and business processes to identify improvement opportunities while developing scalable technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle by gathering requirements, preparing technical designs, writing clean code, performing testing, debugging applications, and supporting successful deployments.
• Develop system design documents, technical specifications, graphical user interface (GUI) designs where applicable, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation throughout project execution.
• Create custom applications, integrations, conversion utilities, and additional software components that address specific business requirements and improve system functionality.
• Support software implementation activities by assisting in deployment planning, data migration, system configuration, user acceptance testing, and production rollout activities.
• Troubleshoot software defects, analyze application issues, implement corrective actions, and perform software upgrades or patch installations to maintain application stability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with business users, functional teams, developers, and project stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Prepare user guides, operating instructions, technical documentation, and training materials while assisting end users in adopting new system enhancements and application features.
• Follow established software engineering standards, development methodologies, security policies, coding guidelines, and quality assurance processes while continuously improving technical knowledge and development practices.

Requirements & Eligibility

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates with 0 years of professional experience are eligible to apply. Candidates with relevant internships, academic software development projects, or technical certifications will have an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, object-oriented programming principles, algorithms, data structures, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) concepts.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, C++, or similar technologies used in enterprise software development is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of relational databases, SQL, data modeling, database querying, and application integration concepts will be beneficial for supporting enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with software testing, debugging techniques, version control systems, technical documentation, and application deployment processes is preferred.
• Good understanding of business applications, enterprise software systems, application support, and software maintenance concepts will help candidates perform effectively in this role.
