As an Associate Software Engineer in the RPA team, you will be involved in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining business process automation solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, and technical teams, you will help transform manual processes into intelligent automated workflows. The role offers hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation technologies, Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions, workflow design, software development, testing, and production support. Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement robotic process automation solutions that streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and recommend effective technical solutions.
- Develop and test automation workflows using the organization's RPA platform while ensuring accuracy, reliability, and scalability.
- Deploy and maintain RPA components including bots, robots, code repositories, development tools, monitoring systems, and logging frameworks.
- Support the implementation and rollout of automation projects by ensuring smooth deployment and successful business adoption.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, process documentation, and user guides to support automation solutions and operational continuity.
- Participate in quality assurance activities by conducting testing, validation, and defect resolution to maintain high-quality automation deliverables.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Process Leads, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical automation initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans that align with organizational automation goals.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure uninterrupted automation performance.
- Continuously monitor automation processes and identify opportunities for optimization, performance improvements, and enhanced reliability.
- Stay updated with emerging automation technologies, industry trends, and software development best practices to support innovation initiatives.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, .NET, or other modern software development technologies.
- Understanding of scripting concepts, coding fundamentals, and software application development methodologies.
- Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, data management concepts, and database querying techniques.
- Knowledge of business process analysis, process design, implementation methodologies, and workflow optimization practices.
- Understanding of software testing principles, system validation, quality assurance processes, and defect management techniques.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capability to evaluate complex business processes effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Passion for learning new technologies and adapting to rapidly evolving automation and digital transformation environments.
- Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams while maintaining accountability and ownership.
- Understanding of Robotic Process Automation concepts, workflow automation, or digital process transformation is an added advantage.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and innovation.
Expected Salary
