PwC is hiring Associate Trainees for its Acceleration Center – Business Services team as part of its 2026 hiring program. Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, validate, and maintain business data from multiple sources to ensure high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across organizational processes.
- Perform data quality assurance activities by identifying inconsistencies, validating records, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with established data governance policies.
- Analyze business information to identify trends, patterns, exceptions, and opportunities that support operational improvements and informed business decision-making.
- Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, presentations, and business documentation that provide meaningful insights to internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, improve workflows, and contribute to successful project delivery while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Apply PwC's professional methodologies, quality standards, ethical guidelines, and compliance requirements throughout all assigned tasks and client engagements.
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives by recommending enhancements to reporting processes, data management practices, and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Eligibility
- A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of professional experience are encouraged to apply for this entry-level opportunity.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret business data, identify trends, and support effective decision-making.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data quality, accuracy, documentation, and operational excellence.
