Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to support enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, and planning teams to understand business challenges and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to define current-state and future-state business processes across operational functions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, dashboards, reporting structures, and digital solution frameworks.
• Work closely with cross-functional global teams including developers, architects, project managers, and business leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Analyze operational data and business performance metrics to support strategic decision-making and process optimization initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation of digital transformation projects focused on supply chain efficiency, manufacturing optimization, and workflow automation.
• Create detailed process documentation, business workflows, gap analysis reports, and requirement traceability matrices for project execution.
• Support testing activities including user acceptance testing (UAT), validation processes, and issue resolution to ensure business requirements are met.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and operational bottlenecks while recommending scalable solutions that improve efficiency and business performance.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by recommending innovative approaches, analytics strategies, and technology-driven business solutions.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 4–10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst within supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or enterprise operations domains.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management processes including planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management, and manufacturing workflows.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows for enterprise projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, dashboard creation, and business intelligence tools used for operational and performance analysis.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, analytics frameworks, and system enhancements.
• Experience working with cross-functional global teams in fast-paced consulting, technology, or enterprise transformation environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and operational teams.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, process automation, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics platforms is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities with attention to detail and process-oriented decision-making.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, business process modeling, workflow analysis, and project management practices will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and work collaboratively in dynamic business environments.
