A business analyst is being hired to work on our project. You will report directly to the project manager and collaborate with other business analysts. Completing a thorough requirements analysis, recording procedures, and conducting some user acceptability testing will be your primary responsibilities. You should have a natural analytical mindset and be able to communicate complex ideas to non-technical users in order to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities
This is a key position to harness strategic insights for HSBC Wholesale Client Services Business Analyst will be conducting statistical and thematic analytics on the Digital query management data in partnership with global team across GPS, GTS , HSBCnet and Relationship Service Manager teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge via implementation of end-to-end reporting solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements
Conduct analysis and documentation of business needs and system requirements
Translate business requirements into technical specifications
Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions. Assist in the testing and quality assurance of developed solutions
Provide support and training to end-users on implemented systems. Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions
Strategically designing robust database/programming/ Data engineering pipeline to meet the aggressive needs of business / functions
Identifying inconsistencies in processes by questioning the odd and implementing rational solutions that suit the business needs
To be successful you will:
University degree or above
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong knowledge on the Microsoft office tools
Query management would be added advantage. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
Outstanding written / verbal communication and presentation skills. Aptitude to engage a diverse group of stakeholders to deliver at pace
Ability to work under pressure and guide the teams to success. Proven business analysis skills and eye for detail. Ability to mentor team members
