Roles & Responsibilities

- Support key business initiatives by providing analytical insights, financial recommendations, and performance evaluations based on data-driven assessments.

- Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports, dashboards, summaries, and analytical presentations for executives, management teams, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal reporting standards, financial policies, accounting procedures, and corporate governance guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business leaders to support financial analysis objectives and improve cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct variance analysis, profitability assessments, KPI monitoring, and financial performance evaluations to support operational improvements.
- Support process improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, and financial workflow optimization projects within finance operations.
- Perform research, data validation, and analytical studies to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for business growth and financial efficiency.
- Utilize financial systems, SAP applications, and enterprise reporting tools to manage financial data and generate accurate business insights.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and maintain documentation related to financial models, analytical methodologies, and reporting standards.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelorβs or Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Typically 2β4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial management, accounting, internal audit, or related finance functions.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, and financial planning methodologies.
- Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and profitability analysis within business environments.
- Familiarity with SAP applications, financial reporting tools, and enterprise finance systems used for business analysis and reporting activities.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls, auditing processes, and corporate financial compliance standards.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret financial data and derive actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present financial findings clearly to management and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently on moderate-scope financial issues while adhering to organizational policies and operational procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial reporting tools, automation techniques, and data analysis platforms for finance-related tasks.
- Certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) will be considered an added advantage.
