PTC is hiring Associate Product Analysts for its Pune office to join the global Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Support Team. As an Associate Product Analyst, you will provide technical assistance for installation, configuration, functionality, and troubleshooting issues related to Windchill products. Your responsibilities will include investigating customer-reported issues, reproducing software defects, analyzing application behavior, documenting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Research & Development (R&D), Quality Assurance (QA), and Product Engineering to resolve technical challenges. You will also contribute to PTC's Knowledge Base by authoring technical articles, documenting troubleshooting methodologies, and sharing best practices that improve customer support efficiency. Through continuous learning and mentorship from experienced professionals, you will develop deep technical expertise in enterprise PLM applications while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to global customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving installation, configuration, and functionality issues related to PTC Windchill PLM products.
- Understand customer requirements thoroughly and deliver high-quality technical solutions while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout the support lifecycle.
- Investigate software defects by reproducing customer-reported issues, analyzing application behavior, identifying root causes, and coordinating appropriate technical resolutions.
- Collaborate closely with Research & Development (R&D), Quality Assurance (QA), Product Engineering, and other internal teams to resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Create, update, and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, knowledge articles, and best practice documents to enhance the PTC Knowledge Base.
- Develop expertise in Windchill installation, system configuration, application functionality, enterprise software administration, and technical troubleshooting methodologies.
- Track customer incidents, monitor issue progress, communicate status updates proactively, and ensure timely resolution in accordance with service standards.
- Assist in designing and delivering technical training sessions, user documentation, and knowledge-sharing initiatives for internal teams and customers.
- Participate in global collaboration with support teams across different regions to provide consistent, high-quality support for mission-critical enterprise customers.
- Continuously improve technical knowledge, product expertise, customer service skills, and support processes while contributing to team projects and organizational improvements.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, Software Engineering, MCA, MCS, or another related technical discipline.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in technical support, enterprise software support, PLM systems, or Windchill administration are eligible to apply.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting professionally with global customers, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Basic understanding of enterprise software applications, system configuration, software installation, and technical troubleshooting concepts.
- Knowledge of PTC Windchill PLM, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or enterprise product management systems is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with databases, operating systems, networking fundamentals, software deployment, and enterprise application environments is preferred.
- Oracle Certified Java Programmer (OCJP) certification or Oracle Database Administration (DBA) certification will be considered an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with global support teams in a customer-focused and fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning, technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and delivering outstanding customer support experiences.
Expected Salary
The expected salary for the Associate Product Analyst role at PTC in Pune generally ranges between ₹6 LPA and ₹10 LPA for fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of experience.
