Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain AWS Lex-based chatbot workflows that deliver seamless conversational experiences for enterprise users.
2. Build and enhance backend integrations using APIs to ensure smooth communication between chatbot platforms and business systems.
3. Develop scalable and maintainable full-stack applications that support business requirements and digital transformation initiatives.
4. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services while ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
6. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services that support application functionality and system integrations.
7. Participate in DevOps activities, including configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Jenkins pipelines for automated deployment workflows.
8. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to ensure application stability.
9. Conduct testing, debugging, code reviews, and quality assurance activities to maintain software reliability and performance.
10. Document technical designs, development processes, and system architecture to support future maintenance and enhancements.
11. Stay informed about emerging technologies, cloud services, AI-driven applications, and industry best practices.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
2. Strong understanding of full-stack development concepts, software engineering principles, and application architecture is required.
3. Experience or familiarity with AWS services, particularly AWS Lex, API Gateway, Lambda, and related cloud technologies, is highly desirable.
4. Knowledge of backend development, API integration, and web services architecture is essential for supporting enterprise applications.
5. Understanding of chatbot development, conversational AI concepts, and workflow automation platforms will be advantageous.
6. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices, including Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and deployment automation, is preferred.
7. Experience with programming languages commonly used in web development such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies is beneficial.
