Roles & Responsibilities

• Build, automate, and maintain robust continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to accelerate reliable software delivery.
• Deploy, configure, and manage scalable containerized applications utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, routine operational tasks, and deployment workflows using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Groovy.
• Implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and observability frameworks utilizing Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog to ensure high availability.
• Enforce DevSecOps best practices including static and dynamic security scanning, secrets management, container image vulnerability scanning, and compliance controls.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams of developers, architects, and QA engineers to optimize platform reliability and resolve release bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices, enterprise risk standards, audit requirements, and disaster recovery procedures in a regulated banking environment.
• Participate in technical architecture reviews, code reviews, and post-incident retrospectives to drive continuous platform improvement.
• Configure network infrastructure components, load balancers, TLS/SSL certificates, ingress controllers, and identity access management policies.
• Document technical platform configurations, automated pipeline blueprints, deployment runbooks, and disaster recovery plans comprehensively.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in DevOps, cloud platform engineering, or automated software delivery.
• Hands-on practical experience with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or OpenShift, including networking, security, scalability, and high-availability concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Groovy to streamline operational tasks.
• Experience configuring automated CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Working knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Datadog for proactive incident management.
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices, vulnerability scanning (SAST/DAST), and security compliance controls.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with the intellectual rigor to diagnose distributed infrastructure anomalies.
