You will partner closely with software development pods, quality assurance teams, and security specialists to modernize continuous integration pipelines, streamline automated artifact packaging, and implement robust observability practices. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Maintain and operate internal engineering platforms including Jira, Confluence, GitLab, SonarQube, Jenkins, and Testlink across high-availability production clusters.
• Administer users, security permissions, project spaces, repositories, and custom continuous integration workflows across self-hosted engineering suites.
• Architect, scale, and optimize OpenStack cloud environments, managing compute hypervisors, tenant quotas, network bridges, and storage allocations.
• Provision and lifecycle-manage VMware-based virtual test environments, maintaining hardened golden virtual machine templates and configuration profiles.
• Install, configure, and maintain production Oracle database instances at DBA level, conducting tablespace housekeeping, indexing, and SQL performance tuning.
• Integrate automated static code analysis, vulnerability assessments, and FOSS open-source compliance scanning directly into continuous delivery pipelines.
• Maintain core network infrastructure services including NIS, NFS mounts, routing tables, DNS, and reverse proxy configurations across web tiers.
• Configure, secure, and monitor high-performance web servers utilizing Apache and NGINX while orchestrating TLS/SSL certificate deployments and renewals.
• Conduct thorough incident root-cause investigations across application runtimes, operating system kernels, and network layers to establish automated remediations.
• Leverage modern automation scripts in Python, Bash, Groovy, and Perl to automate routine sysadmin tasks and eliminate repetitive operational overhead.

Requirements & Eligibility:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
• 10+ years of proven hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, Linux systems administration, and enterprise cloud operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) system administration, kernel parameter tuning, automated patching, and package management.
• Practical database administrator experience managing Oracle database architectures, storage configurations, user privileges, and backup strategies.
• Strong hands-on expertise operating self-hosted enterprise stacks such as Jira Server, Confluence, GitLab, SonarQube, and Jenkins.
• Demonstrated competency administering OpenStack private cloud services, including Nova compute, Neutron networking, and Cinder block storage.
• Solid background in network protocols and troubleshooting, including TCP/IP subnetting, routing architectures, NFS file sharing, and firewall rules.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting web servers (Apache, NGINX, Tomcat) and securing endpoints with TLS/SSL encryption certificates.
• Proven scripting capabilities using Bash, Python, or Groovy to drive infrastructure as code, workflow automation, and CI/CD enhancements.
• Exceptional problem-solving and diagnostic skills with the ability to lead technical escalation triage and document operational standard operating procedures.
