Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP is hiring an Associate Analyst for its Cloud Infrastructure team under the Engineering, AI & Data division in Bengaluru. The position requires candidates to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment from Deloitte's Bengaluru Ecospace office. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring operational dashboards, responding to alerts, handling incidents through ServiceNow and related monitoring platforms, coordinating with internal technical teams, and ensuring that all activities comply with predefined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Maintaining accurate documentation, preparing operational reports, and supporting seamless shift handovers are equally important aspects of the role. By following standard operating procedures and escalation matrices, you will help minimize service disruptions and ensure that business-critical applications remain available and operational. The experience gained in this position will strengthen your understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), cloud infrastructure operations, and enterprise support processes.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor ServiceNow dashboards and operational monitoring tools to identify alerts, incidents, and service requests. Ensure all notifications are acknowledged promptly and assigned according to established operational procedures.
- Track, record, and manage incidents throughout their lifecycle while maintaining accurate documentation. Update incident status regularly to ensure transparency and efficient communication among stakeholders.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation matrices to resolve issues efficiently. Escalate critical incidents to appropriate technical teams whenever predefined thresholds are exceeded.
- Maintain compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by responding to incidents within expected timelines. Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
- Coordinate with internal infrastructure, application, and support teams during incident investigation and resolution. Facilitate effective communication to reduce downtime and improve service quality.
- Generate operational reports detailing incidents, service requests, system performance, and daily operational activities. Share updates with supervisors and stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Participate actively in shift handovers by documenting ongoing issues, pending actions, and operational updates. Ensure smooth continuity between support teams working across rotational shifts.
- Provide round-the-clock operational support from the Bengaluru office as part of the 24x7 hybrid cloud operations team. Demonstrate flexibility while maintaining consistent service quality.
- Monitor system health, identify recurring operational issues, and proactively report patterns that may impact service availability. Contribute ideas for continuous operational improvements.
- Maintain professionalism while communicating with internal teams, ensuring accurate documentation, timely follow-ups, and adherence to organizational quality standards during every operational activity.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in B.Sc. or B.A. from a recognized university. Candidates with strong academic backgrounds and an interest in cloud infrastructure or IT operations are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers or professionals with up to one year of experience in Service Desk, BPO, Operations Support, Infrastructure Monitoring, or similar technical support environments are eligible.
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts, including incident management, request management, escalation procedures, and operational support workflows.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams, document incidents accurately, and provide clear operational updates.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capability to investigate issues, interpret monitoring alerts, and support timely incident resolution.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment from Deloitte's Bengaluru office while maintaining productivity, professionalism, and operational discipline.
- Ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), escalation guidelines, compliance standards, and quality processes with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, or enterprise operational dashboards will be considered an added advantage, although not mandatory.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams while managing multiple operational tasks under time-sensitive conditions and SLA commitments.
- A proactive learning mindset, adaptability to new technologies, and enthusiasm for building a long-term career in cloud infrastructure, IT operations, and enterprise engineering.
Expected Salary
The expected salary for the Deloitte Associate Analyst – Cloud Infrastructure role in Bengaluru typically ranges between ₹3.5 LPA and ₹5.5 LPA for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience. The final compensation depends on educational qualifications, interview performance, relevant technical knowledge, and previous work exposure.
