As a Learning Operations New Associate, you will be responsible for managing learning administration activities using Learning Management Systems (LMS), coordinating training schedules, maintaining accurate learning records, generating operational reports, and ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will support end-to-end training operations by organizing training sessions, enrolling learners, monitoring course completion, resolving scheduling conflicts, and maintaining high levels of service quality. The role also involves analyzing learning data, tracking key performance indicators, assisting in process improvements, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and service-level agreements (SLAs). Strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and customer service orientation are essential for delivering an exceptional learning experience.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal trainers, external instructors, vendors, and business stakeholders to schedule, organize, and successfully deliver training programs while ensuring all logistical requirements are completed on time.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities including course creation, learner enrollment, training assignment, attendance tracking, certification management, and completion monitoring.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze training reports, dashboards, learning metrics, participation records, completion statistics, and feedback data to support informed business decisions.
- Respond promptly to training-related emails, scheduling requests, learner queries, and stakeholder communications while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Arrange training venues, virtual classrooms, learning facilities, equipment, and other operational requirements necessary for successful training delivery.
- Monitor training calendars, manage scheduling conflicts, coordinate class availability, and ensure training sessions are conducted according to agreed timelines and organizational service-level agreements.
- Troubleshoot Learning Management System issues, resolve learner access problems, coordinate with technical support teams, and ensure uninterrupted learning operations.
- Communicate training schedules, updates, cancellations, reminders, and important announcements to employees, managers, trainers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Identify operational challenges, recommend process improvements, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to enhancing the efficiency of learning delivery operations.
- Maintain accurate learning documentation, ensure data integrity, follow organizational compliance guidelines, and escalate critical issues to management whenever necessary.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech., or any other recognized graduation program from an accredited university.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in learning administration, training coordination, HR operations, talent development, business operations, or related domains are eligible to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, formulas, sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables, and reporting. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote is also required.
- Basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), training administration processes, course scheduling, and employee learning operations will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong grammar, professional email drafting abilities, telephone etiquette, and effective stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to professionally handle employee inquiries, resolve operational issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze operational challenges, interpret training data, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural teams while demonstrating adaptability, accountability, professionalism, and a positive learning attitude.
- Familiarity with business reporting, data accuracy, process documentation, service-level agreements (SLAs), and quality assurance practices will be beneficial for long-term success in this role.
