Roles & Responsibilities
- Collect, validate, cleanse, and process large volumes of market research data while ensuring high levels of accuracy, consistency, and data integrity throughout the operational workflow.
- Analyze operational datasets to identify inconsistencies, data quality issues, and improvement opportunities while maintaining strict quality standards and reporting accuracy.
- Deliver high-quality datasets within defined timelines to support global market research projects, business intelligence initiatives, and customer reporting requirements.
- Understand the complete end-to-end data processing lifecycle, including upstream and downstream operations, to ensure seamless workflow execution and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues, improve operational processes, and support continuous enhancement initiatives across the organization.
- Monitor daily operational activities, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining service quality and productivity targets.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, and operational improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce processing errors.
- Prepare operational reports, documentation, and quality records while maintaining compliance with organizational standards and established data governance practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and successful project execution.
- Adapt to flexible work shifts and changing business requirements while consistently delivering reliable, high-quality outputs in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Continuously develop knowledge of market research methodologies, consumer intelligence processes, data management practices, and analytics tools through training and practical experience.

Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
- Only candidates who graduated in 2024 or 2025 are eligible to apply for this Data Operations Analyst position.
- Strong interest in market research, consumer intelligence, business analytics, data operations, and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Basic understanding of data collection, data cleansing, data validation, data interpretation, visualization, and analytical reporting concepts.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while consistently meeting project deadlines.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts and adapt to dynamic business requirements within a global operations environment.
- Proactive learning attitude with enthusiasm to understand end-to-end operational processes and continuously develop technical and professional skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheets, data handling techniques, and business productivity tools will be advantageous.
Expected Salary
The offered CTC for the Data Operations Analyst role at NielsenIQ is ₹3.46 LPA.
