You will use tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Access, and reporting platforms to generate business insights, identify operational bottlenecks, and support data-driven decision-making. Whether handling inbound transportation from vendors to fulfillment centers or outbound transportation from fulfillment centers to carrier hubs, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless logistics execution while maintaining high standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Amazon fosters a fast-paced, technology-driven work environment where employees are encouraged to think analytically, solve problems proactively, and continuously improve business processes. • Continuously identify opportunities to improve transportation workflows, enhance operational processes, reduce delays, and contribute to Amazon's culture of innovation and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers, and Operations Management to ensure smooth execution of transportation activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, shipment records, operational logs, and compliance reports while adhering to Amazon's quality standards and operational procedures.
