Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure enterprise software applications according to client requirements while ensuring system functionality, business process alignment, and compliance with established configuration standards.
• Collect, analyze, and document application configuration requirements from business units, functional teams, and stakeholders before implementing approved changes accurately.
• Execute assigned configuration activities within project timelines while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and adherence to organizational processes.
• Provide ongoing support for software configuration updates as business requirements evolve, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and client services.
• Participate in system analysis, application development, software testing, and validation activities to ensure successful implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Assist in deploying software patches, system upgrades, and configuration changes while verifying compatibility, stability, and performance across enterprise environments.
• Maintain configuration archives, technical documentation, process logs, and version histories to support governance, compliance, and future maintenance activities.
• Monitor application performance, identify configuration-related issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement effective solutions within defined service level agreements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports along with configuration status updates for project managers, stakeholders, and clients to ensure operational transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, quality assurance professionals, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Support continuous integration, deployment processes, onboarding activities, and implementation tasks while ensuring timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously upgrade technical skills through certifications, training programs, and hands-on learning to contribute effectively to evolving business and technology requirements.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related technical discipline from a recognized university with a strong academic background.
• Basic understanding of software development principles, application configuration, system administration, and enterprise technology environments.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), software testing concepts, deployment processes, and configuration management methodologies.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL fundamentals, backend systems, and application architecture will be advantageous for handling enterprise software configurations.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot application issues and identify practical technical solutions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with project teams, business stakeholders, and global clients in a professional environment.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks efficiently, and consistently meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong documentation skills with the ability to prepare reports, maintain configuration records, and create technical process documentation accurately.
• Willingness to continuously learn new technologies, complete technical certifications, and adapt quickly to changing business and client requirements.
• Exposure to Health and Welfare (HW) Technology, enterprise applications, cloud platforms, IT operations, or configuration tools will be considered an added advantage, though fresh graduates with strong learning abilities are encouraged to apply.
