Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Support data privacy and ethics programs by assisting with compliance activities, documentation management, and implementation of privacy-related policies across business functions.
  2. Monitor organizational adherence to data protection regulations, internal governance standards, and ethical business practices to minimize compliance risks.
  3. Assist in conducting privacy risk assessments and compliance reviews to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
  4. Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to privacy frameworks, governance processes, audits, and compliance requirements.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data handling processes align with established privacy regulations and company policies.
  6. Participate in investigations and reviews related to privacy incidents, policy violations, or ethics-related concerns while maintaining confidentiality.
  7. Support awareness initiatives and training programs designed to educate employees on privacy requirements, ethical conduct, and compliance responsibilities.
  8. Analyze regulatory updates and industry developments to help ensure organizational practices remain aligned with evolving compliance standards.
  9. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and compliance dashboards for management review and decision-making purposes.
  10. Work closely with risk, compliance, legal, and business teams to strengthen governance controls and enhance operational effectiveness.
  11. Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce compliance risks, and improve overall governance practices.

Requirements & Eligibility

  1. A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
  2. Strong understanding of data privacy principles, information security concepts, compliance frameworks, and corporate governance practices is preferred.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess risks, interpret policies, and identify compliance-related issues.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and prepare professional reports and documentation.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, for reporting, analysis, and documentation purposes.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Understanding of privacy regulations, data protection laws, compliance standards, or risk management principles will be considered an advantage.
