Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on manufacturing equipment to identify root causes of equipment failures and operational issues.
  2. Diagnose, repair, and restore malfunctioning electro-mechanical systems to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations and production efficiency.
  3. Dismantle, inspect, adjust, repair, and reassemble manufacturing equipment according to engineering specifications, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  4. Utilize diagnostic instruments, testing tools, and measurement equipment to evaluate equipment performance and verify operational functionality.
  5. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities to reduce equipment downtime and improve overall manufacturing productivity.
  6. Support equipment rebuild projects by replacing components, calibrating systems, and ensuring machinery meets operational standards.
  7. Assist engineering teams with equipment modifications, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing performance and reliability.
  8. Maintain accurate maintenance records, service reports, and technical documentation for troubleshooting and compliance purposes.
  9. Collaborate with production teams, engineers, and maintenance personnel to resolve technical issues and support manufacturing goals.
  10. Follow established safety procedures, operational guidelines, and quality standards while performing maintenance and repair activities.
  11. Monitor equipment performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and reliability enhancement.

Requirements & Eligibility

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  2. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience in manufacturing, maintenance, industrial automation, or engineering support roles.
  3. Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical systems used in industrial manufacturing environments.
  4. Knowledge of engineering drawings, technical schematics, blueprints, equipment layouts, and maintenance documentation.
  5. Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies, root cause analysis techniques, and preventive maintenance practices.
  6. Ability to operate diagnostic instruments, testing devices, calibration tools, and measurement equipment safely and effectively.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify equipment issues and implement corrective solutions.
  8. Understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and industrial safety procedures within a technical environment.
  9. Good communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, maintenance, and production teams.
  10. Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and adapt to evolving technologies and operational requirements.
