Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in developing AI-powered tools, automation solutions, and intelligent applications that improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency.

• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of machine learning and Generative AI solutions across platform engineering initiatives.

• Support the implementation of Large Language Model (LLM) applications, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and AI-powered workflow automation.

• Develop, test, and optimize scalable backend services, APIs, and cloud-native applications that support EA’s platform ecosystem.

• Analyze application logs, monitoring metrics, test results, and operational data to identify performance issues and improve system reliability.

• Collaborate with software engineers, AI specialists, product teams, and platform architects to support feature development and technical problem-solving.

• Participate in cloud infrastructure management, deployment automation, monitoring activities, and platform operations related to AI services.

• Assist in implementing automation workflows that enhance system scalability, deployment efficiency, and service performance.

• Document technical solutions, project progress, system designs, and engineering learnings to support knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

• Follow software development best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance requirements throughout the development lifecycle.

• Explore emerging AI technologies, machine learning frameworks, and cloud platforms to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement.

• Present project updates, technical findings, and learning outcomes to mentors, team members, and stakeholders when required.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Basic programming knowledge in Python, Java, SQL, or similar languages commonly used for software development and AI applications.

• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and debugging techniques.

• Familiarity with Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Generative AI concepts through coursework, projects, or internships.

• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, vector databases, or related AI technologies is advantageous.

• Basic knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Familiarity with containerization and deployment technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native application architectures.

• Understanding of APIs, RESTful services, microservices architecture, and distributed systems concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a passion for learning advanced AI and cloud technologies.

• Ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments while managing multiple tasks and priorities.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

• Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, creativity, and willingness to explore innovative solutions to engineering challenges.

• Experience working on academic projects, hackathons, research initiatives, or internships related to AI, machine learning, cloud computing, or software development will be beneficial.
