Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered applications and machine learning workflows under the guidance of senior engineers.
2. Support the creation and maintenance of backend services and APIs that enable seamless integration of artificial intelligence solutions with enterprise systems.
3. Contribute to the training, evaluation, and optimization of machine learning models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and automation tasks.
4. Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies to support prompt engineering, conversational AI, and intelligent workflow development.
5. Participate in the implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of AI-driven applications.
6. Assist in building document processing pipelines using OCR technologies and machine learning validation techniques for intelligent data extraction.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models, APIs, databases, and external systems into scalable business solutions.
8. Participate in agile development cycles, sprint planning sessions, technical discussions, and brainstorming activities to drive project success.
9. Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting activities to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions.
10. Document technical processes, project learnings, workflows, and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the organization.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
2. Strong proficiency in Python programming is required, including knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and software development fundamentals.
3. Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques is essential for developing efficient software solutions.
4. Familiarity with machine learning concepts and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is highly desirable.
5. Basic knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts including text classification, summarization, sentiment analysis, and language modeling is advantageous.
