During the structured training journey, candidates will actively participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including feature development, application enhancement, debugging, testing, maintenance, and performance optimization. Working alongside experienced software engineers, trainees will learn how to build scalable and reliable SaaS applications using technologies such as Java, Python, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML). The program begins with a three-month internship followed by a six-month full-time traineeship, providing continuous mentorship, hands-on project experience, and technical guidance. Throughout the program, participants will strengthen their programming skills while contributing to real-world software modules that directly support Recruit CRM's global customer base.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with experienced software engineers to design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions that support Recruit CRM's cloud-based SaaS platform.
• Develop new software features and application modules from scratch while ensuring clean, maintainable, reusable, and high-performance code following industry best practices.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing application features by resolving defects, improving functionality, and ensuring system stability across production environments.
• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, coding, testing, debugging, deployment, and post-release maintenance activities.
• Build efficient backend logic and application components using technologies such as Java, Python, and modern software engineering frameworks.
• Learn and apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) concepts to develop intelligent software features and improve product capabilities.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and code optimization to ensure software quality, reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, software developers, quality assurance engineers, and designers to deliver innovative product enhancements.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge by participating in training programs, technical workshops, mentorship sessions, and self-learning initiatives.
• Contribute to engineering discussions, code reviews, documentation, and process improvement initiatives while maintaining high software development standards.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Candidates graduating in 2027 with BE, B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), MCA, M.Tech, or M.Sc. (Computer Science) are eligible to apply.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming concepts, algorithms, data structures, and software development principles.
• Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or similar programming languages with a genuine interest in software engineering.
• Passion for emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), cloud computing, and SaaS application development.
• Excellent analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities with the willingness to learn modern software development practices.
• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote engineering environment.
• Must possess a reliable laptop with a functional webcam, stable internet connection, and uninterrupted power backup for the virtual hiring process and remote work.
• Comfortable participating in online coding assessments, virtual interviews, and web-proctored examinations as part of the recruitment process.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently while maintaining productivity in a fully remote work environment.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning, technical excellence, teamwork, and building a long-term career in software engineering and SaaS product development.

Expected Salary

The Trainee Software Engineer program begins with a 3-month internship offering a stipend of ₹7,500 per month, followed by a 6-month full-time traineeship with a monthly stipend of ₹20,000. Upon successful completion of the entire 9-month training program, high-performing candidates may receive a full-time offer as an Associate Software Engineer with an annual CTC of approximately ₹9,00,000.
