We’re looking for an eager self-starter to join our new graduate training program. As a graduate trainee, you will shadow various staff members, participate in learning activities, attend meetings and workshops, and travel to other work places to get practical experience. You must keep an accurate record of your time at the organization and be able to pass a competency exam at the conclusion of the program.
Graduate trainees are students who have recently completed their degrees and are transitioning into the workforce. Graduate trainees’ responsibilities vary depending on their industry, but they are typically led by a senior staff member while they learn, train, and attend meetings. They should have a degree relevant to the work for which they are being trained.

Responsibilities
Education: Recent B.Tech/B.E. passout with a clean academic track record.
Logic: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Basics: Foundational knowledge of databases, operating systems, and basic IT security.
Attitude: High learnability, attention to detail, and interest in corporate compliance.
Pluses: Any basic exposure to ERP/SAP concepts or strong proficiency in Excel.
Responsibilities:
Complete intensive training on SAP Security architecture, role maintenance, and GRC modules.
Assist in daily operations like user management, password resets, and user ID locking/unlocking.
Support senior team members in provisioning user roles and adjusting system authorizations.
Learn to identity access risks and monitor Segregation of Duties (SoD) matrices.
Help compile compliance documentation, system health checks, and data for audit reports.
Maintain clear and accurate technical notes and support documentation.
