Responsibilities
The Trainee – Support role is designed for individuals seeking to enter the IT industry. This position is critical in ensuring service level agreement (SLA) adherence while providing essential technical support and maintaining effective documentation. The role offers a foundation for developing written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration within the organization.
Graduate trainees are students who have recently completed their degrees and are transitioning into the workforce. Graduate trainees’ responsibilities vary depending on their industry, but they are typically led by a senior staff member while they learn, train, and attend meetings. They should have a degree relevant to the work for which they are being trained.
Assist The Team In Various Project Tasks, Such As Data Collection, Analysis, And Documentation, As Directed By Supervisors.
Conduct Research On Assigned Topics, Compile Relevant Information, And Present Findings In A Clear And Concise Manner To Support Team Projects.
Help Create, Organize, And Update Documentation, Reports, And Presentations As Needed For Team Activities And Projects.
Complete Assigned Training Modules And Actively Participate In Workshops, Improving Relevant Skills And Knowledge.
Take Responsibility For Completing Assigned Tasks On Time, Following Project Guidelines, And Seeking Help Or Clarification As Needed.
Review Completed Work For Accuracy, Adhering To Quality Standards Set By The Team.
Work Closely With Team Members, Attending Meetings And Contributing Ideas, And Maintain Clear Communication For Successful Project Completion.
Skill Requirements

Other Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
