Roles & Responsibilities

1. Monitor Network Infrastructure: Continuously monitor enterprise network infrastructure and identify connectivity, availability, or performance concerns that could affect business operations and user productivity.
2. Configure Network Devices: Assist with configuring, maintaining, and managing routers, switches, and other Cisco networking devices according to established infrastructure and security standards.
3. Support Network Deployments: Participate in the deployment and maintenance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN environments while following defined network architecture and implementation procedures.
4. Troubleshoot Connectivity Issues: Diagnose network connectivity problems by analyzing symptoms, configurations, logs, and performance information and help implement appropriate technical solutions.
5. Support Network Security: Assist technical teams with implementing network security controls, following security policies, and supporting compliance requirements designed to protect enterprise infrastructure.
6. Analyze Network Performance: Help identify latency, packet loss, configuration errors, availability issues, and other network performance problems while supporting corrective and preventive actions.
7. Maintain Network Documentation: Create and update network diagrams, configuration records, technical documentation, incident information, and operational reports to ensure accurate infrastructure records.
8. Coordinate With Internal Teams: Work closely with network, infrastructure, security, and other internal teams to resolve issues and maintain reliable day-to-day network operations.
9. Follow Operational Procedures: Follow established IT operations, network management, security, escalation, and compliance processes while handling infrastructure-related tasks and technical incidents.
10. Support Security Compliance: Assist with activities associated with network security controls and organizational compliance requirements while maintaining awareness of information security best practices.
11. Participate in Technical Learning: Use the training period to strengthen practical knowledge of Cisco technologies, routing and switching, network security, troubleshooting, and enterprise infrastructure operations.
12. Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring network issues and opportunities for operational improvement while supporting experienced professionals in enhancing network reliability and efficiency.

Requirements & Eligibility
