Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured training programs to gain knowledge of programming languages, tools, and technologies used in enterprise applications.
• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions using technologies such as Java, .NET, and other relevant platforms.
• Work on assigned projects under the guidance of senior engineers, contributing to coding, debugging, and implementation tasks.
• Support software testing activities, including manual and automated testing, to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Learn and apply best practices in software development, including coding standards, version control, and documentation.
• Gain exposure to emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and data science.
• Participate in problem-solving activities, identifying issues and suggesting improvements to enhance system performance.
• Maintain documentation of development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.
• Continuously upgrade skills by learning new technologies and adapting to evolving project requirements.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) or related technical discipline from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, and algorithms.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and development methodologies.
• Interest in domains such as software development, testing, data science, AI/ML, or enterprise applications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to handle technical challenges effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and understand project requirements.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different roles and project requirements.
• Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to collaborative projects.
