Responsibilities
We are searching for a qualified technical support engineer to help our clients with all of their IT and technical difficulties. You will be needed to reply to report tickets and support clients either remotely or on-site. This could include installing hardware and software systems, diagnosing networking problems, implementing upgrades, and addressing IT difficulties.
Technical support engineers, often known as IT support engineers, give direct technical assistance to clients who are facing desktop and IT issues. They are in charge of installing new computer systems, addressing hardware difficulties, updating software, debugging network systems, and providing general IT assistance.
