Job Description

NTT is offering an entry-level opportunity for a Technical Graduate Trainee in Information Security and Network Infrastructure at its Oxygen Business Tech Park location in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The position is designed for fresh engineering graduates who want to establish a career in networking, IT infrastructure, network security, and enterprise technology operations. Candidates with a BE/B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering stream and a 2025 year of passing are eligible to apply. As a Technical Graduate Trainee at NTT, candidates will receive exposure to day-to-day network infrastructure operations and technical support activities. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Monitor Network Infrastructure: Monitor network infrastructure and operational systems to identify connectivity, availability, performance, or configuration issues that could affect business operations.
2. Configure Network Devices: Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and management of routers, switches, and other network devices while following established technical and operational procedures.
3. Support LAN & WAN Operations: Assist in maintaining and deploying LAN and WAN environments while helping ensure stable communication between users, systems, offices, and enterprise resources.
4. Support WLAN & VPN Deployments: Participate in WLAN and VPN-related implementation and support activities while following appropriate security, access, and configuration requirements.
5. Troubleshoot Network Problems: Investigate connectivity problems, network errors, configuration issues, and performance concerns using structured troubleshooting and analytical techniques.
6. Support Network Security: Assist with network security implementations and compliance activities while following organizational policies and fundamental information security practices.
7. Analyze Network Performance: Help identify network performance issues such as connectivity interruptions, configuration problems, or service degradation and support appropriate corrective actions.
8. Maintain Technical Documentation: Keep network documentation, configuration information, technical records, incident details, and operational reports accurate and up to date.
9. Collaborate With Internal Teams: Work closely with network, infrastructure, security, and other internal teams to resolve technical problems and maintain seamless network operations.
10. Follow IT Processes: Follow defined network management, security, troubleshooting, escalation, documentation, and compliance procedures while performing day-to-day responsibilities.
11. Apply Cisco Knowledge: Use knowledge gained through CCNA and CCNP certification training to understand routing, switching, network infrastructure, and Cisco technologies in practical enterprise environments.
12. Develop Technical Skills: Take an active approach to learning new networking technologies, tools, security practices, and infrastructure processes while gaining experience during the training program.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a BE/B.Tech degree in any relevant engineering stream, providing a suitable academic foundation for networking, information technology, infrastructure, or information security careers.
2. 2025 Graduate Batch: The position is intended for candidates who completed their engineering qualification in the 2025 year of passing, as specified in the eligibility criteria.

Training & Compensation

The selected candidates will participate in a 3-month structured training program designed to provide practical exposure to professional network infrastructure and information security operations. During the training period, candidates will receive a ₹18,000 monthly stipend while developing their technical and workplace skills.

After successfully completing the training, candidates will receive a post-training CTC of ₹3.2 lakh per annum.
