Roles & Responsibilities
- Support supply chain network optimization and transportation engineering projects through detailed research, structured data collection, and analytical evaluation processes.
- Perform data mining, validation, cleansing, and scenario analysis to identify operational inefficiencies, cost reduction opportunities, and service improvement possibilities within customer supply chains.
- Assist in building, running, and maintaining optimization models using tools such as Coupa Supply Chain Guru, Optilogic Cosmic Frog, or similar supply chain modeling platforms.
- Analyze transportation, inventory, procurement, and distribution data to support strategic recommendations and operational solution development initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, analytical reports, data visualizations, and performance summaries using Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SQL, Access, and related analytical tools.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, operations teams, and business stakeholders to refine project assumptions, validate analytical results, and improve optimization strategies.
- Support the preparation of customer presentations, operational reports, executive summaries, and data-driven business recommendations for decision-making purposes.
- Contribute to transportation redesign studies, logistics planning initiatives, and network modeling projects focused on operational efficiency and service improvements.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures, process workflows, analytical methodologies, and supply chain best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for workflow optimization within logistics operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across logistics, procurement, engineering, warehousing, and transportation management departments to support project execution.
- Stay updated with emerging supply chain technologies, logistics trends, transportation optimization techniques, and analytics tools to strengthen technical expertise.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or another analytical and technical discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain operations, logistics management, transportation planning, procurement, distribution, or decision-support systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical experience in data analysis, scenario evaluation, and business intelligence reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Access, SQL, or similar analytical and reporting tools used for supply chain data analysis.
- Ability to structure, interpret, and analyze large datasets to identify optimization opportunities and operational improvement strategies.
- Familiarity with supply chain network optimization concepts, transportation modeling methodologies, and logistics analytics processes.
- Exposure to optimization tools such as Coupa Supply Chain Guru, Optilogic Cosmic Frog, or related supply chain design software will be an added advantage.
- Experience creating dashboards, visual reports, analytical summaries, and operational insights for business decision-making and customer presentations.
- Good communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of Lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, continuous improvement processes, and operational efficiency frameworks is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in collaborative environments while managing multiple analytical tasks and project responsibilities simultaneously.

Expected Salary
