Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors and solution architects to break down business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and implement high-performance front-end and back-end applications along with resilient microservices architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and secure code while ensuring application scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce software development best practices across teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and offshore vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assist in application architecture discussions and contribute to robust system design and technical decision-making processes.
• Manage competing priorities effectively while providing regular project updates, issue escalations, and delivery status reports.
• Act as the owner of software demo content and support product demonstrations and solution acceptance activities.
• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve team productivity and technical expertise.
• Serve as backup support for development leads when required and help coordinate large-scale development efforts across teams.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of full stack application development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, microservices architecture, APIs, and scalable system design concepts.
• Good programming and problem-solving skills with the ability to write efficient and maintainable code.
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks, databases, version control systems, and enterprise software development tools.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, architects, business stakeholders, and vendor partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, for technical discussions and project coordination.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, Agile practices, and code review processes is preferred.
• Prior experience in front-end and back-end application development is beneficial, though entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Expected Salary:
