Deloitte is hiring for the position of Associate Analyst โ€“ Executive Assistant Support within the USI Leadership Support Centre in Hyderabad. Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Support UK-based Executive Assistants by processing expense claims, reconciling corporate card statements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements, create detailed itineraries, and assist with travel-related administrative activities for partners, directors, and senior stakeholders.
  3. Manage service requests and support tickets through designated service portals while ensuring timely responses and adherence to established service standards.
  4. Book meeting rooms, schedule appointments, and coordinate business meetings to facilitate smooth operational and administrative workflows.
  5. Maintain accurate records of deliverables, communications, and service requests while ensuring proper documentation and quality assurance compliance.
  6. Respond to ad hoc requests and operational queries from Executive Assistants and stakeholders in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
  7. Support out-of-office management processes by assisting with client email movement and communication continuity during leadership absences.
  8. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Executive Assistants, business leaders, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  9. Update standard operating procedures, process documentation, workflow maps, and training materials to support operational excellence and knowledge sharing.
  10. Provide coverage during periods of leave, holidays, or absences while ensuring uninterrupted business support services.
  11. Assist with special projects, administrative assignments, and business support initiatives that contribute to operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements & Eligibility
