Job Description:

Deloitte is hiring an Associate Analyst for its Executive Assistant Support team within the USI Leadership Support Centre in Hyderabad. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in business support services, administrative operations, and stakeholder management. As part of Deloitteโ€™s global support ecosystem, you will assist UK-based Executive Assistants and senior leadership teams in managing essential business operations. The position focuses on delivering high-quality support services while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational policies.

In this role, you will handle a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks such as managing expense claims, travel bookings, meeting scheduling, and responding to queries. You will work with internal systems and tools to ensure timely processing of requests while maintaining detailed documentation and adherence to quality standards. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with stakeholders will be critical to delivering seamless support services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support UK-based Executive Assistants in managing expense claims, reconciling statements, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in booking meetings, coordinating schedules, and creating travel itineraries for senior leaders using internal systems.
  • Handle service requests and tickets through platforms such as ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to best practices.
  • Respond to ad hoc queries and provide administrative support to Executive Assistants efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all deliverables, communications, and records in designated systems and folders.
  • Adhere to Deloitteโ€™s travel and expense policies while ensuring all processes are completed accurately and within timelines.
  • Update service documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps when required.
  • Support email management and communication handling during the absence of senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Executive Assistants, partners, and key stakeholders across teams.
  • Participate in team activities, provide backup support during absences, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Eligibility:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in any discipline, making this role suitable for fresh graduates across streams.
  • 0โ€“1 year of experience in administrative or support roles, with freshers being highly encouraged to apply.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting correspondence and interacting with stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Ability to think proactively, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in diverse and global teams.
  • Willingness to work in shift timings (2 PM to 11 PM) to support international operations.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
