As an Associate Backend Developer, candidates will work on building secure, scalable, and high-performance software solutions using technologies such as .NET 8.0, C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, React, NodeJS, and TypeScript. The role also provides exposure to advanced technologies including Databricks, Snowflake, Spark, PySpark, FastAPI, and machine learning-driven analytics systems. Professionals will collaborate with architects, project managers, business analysts, QA teams, and cloud engineers to deliver enterprise-grade applications aligned with business objectives. Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Microsoft .NET technologies including .NET 8.0, C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC frameworks.
2. Build and manage RESTful Web APIs and Minimal APIs to support enterprise applications, system integrations, and cloud-based business services.
3. Develop cloud-native applications and services using Microsoft Azure technologies such as Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
5. Participate in architectural design discussions to create reliable, secure, scalable, and high-performance software systems aligned with enterprise standards.
6. Work with front-end technologies including React, TypeScript, and NodeJS to support full-stack integration and modern application experiences.
7. Support data persistence and integration workflows using ORMs, NoSQL databases, messaging systems, and streaming technologies.
8. Contribute to cloud migration initiatives by assisting in the modernization of on-premises applications into Azure-based cloud environments.
9. Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution while ensuring adherence to coding standards and security best practices.
10. Participate in Agile and Scrum-based development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and collaborative delivery.
11. Assist in developing healthcare analytics solutions related to insurance fraud detection, compliance management, utilization review, and payer analytics.
12. Continuously learn and evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices to improve software delivery efficiency.

Requirements & Eligibility

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or a related technical discipline with strong programming fundamentals.
2. Good understanding of Microsoft .NET technologies including .NET 8.0, C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC architecture, and backend application development concepts.
3. Familiarity with Web API development, RESTful services, Minimal APIs, and enterprise application integration practices.
4. Knowledge of frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, NodeJS, or JavaScript-based frameworks will be beneficial.
5. Understanding of cloud computing concepts and exposure to Microsoft Azure services including Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Storage.
6. Basic knowledge of ORMs, NoSQL databases, messaging systems, and data persistence techniques used in scalable backend systems.
7. Familiarity with Python programming, FastAPI, Flask, PySpark, Spark, Databricks, or Snowflake will be considered an added advantage.
8. Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, software development lifecycle, and collaborative engineering workflows.
9. Strong analytical thinking, debugging capabilities, communication skills, and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work across global teams.
10. Exposure to healthcare analytics, AI technologies, machine learning concepts, or healthcare IT systems will strengthen the candidate profile.
11. Relevant Microsoft certifications, cloud certifications, or healthcare IT certifications will be considered valuable additional qualifications.
12. Ability to adapt quickly, work collaboratively, mentor peers when needed, and contribute positively to a high-performing engineering culture.

Expected Salary
