As a Fullstack Engineer – Intern, Specialist, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable software applications using technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, APIs, Microservices, and CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, implement technical solutions, perform code reviews, troubleshoot application issues, and enhance overall software quality. Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack software applications using modern programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and related development frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to analyze requirements and deliver scalable software solutions.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-based components to support enterprise application development and seamless system integration.
• Implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate software build, testing, deployment, and release management processes.
• Conduct code reviews, identify software defects, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize application performance while maintaining high coding standards.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles, software design patterns, and software engineering best practices to develop maintainable and scalable applications.
• Participate in application testing, quality assurance activities, debugging, and validation processes to ensure software reliability, stability, and security.
• Support client-facing projects by providing technical expertise, performing in-depth analysis, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.
• Contribute to business process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate workflows, optimize development practices, and improve operational efficiency.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge by learning emerging technologies, cloud platforms, software engineering methodologies, and modern development tools.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in software development, application engineering, or full-stack development using modern programming technologies.
• Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar object-oriented programming languages used for enterprise software development.
• Good understanding of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, application integration, and distributed software systems.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools, software lifecycle management, and modern DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD), and software quality assurance processes.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
• Good understanding of object-oriented design principles, software architecture concepts, and application performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and client stakeholders.
