Roles & Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications that can be effectively implemented by development and technology teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end reporting solutions that provide accurate, timely, and meaningful business intelligence to stakeholders.

• Work closely with global teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that enhance customer service delivery and operational efficiency.

• Conduct statistical analysis and thematic data assessments to uncover business insights and support data-driven decision-making processes.

• Assist in system testing, quality assurance activities, and validation processes to ensure developed solutions meet business requirements.

• Support end users through training, documentation, and guidance to maximize adoption and effective utilization of implemented systems.

• Identify inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and process gaps while recommending innovative solutions that improve business workflows and outcomes.

• Design and contribute to robust data engineering pipelines and analytical frameworks that support large-scale reporting and business intelligence initiatives.

• Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries that clearly communicate analytical findings and strategic recommendations.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex business scenarios and recommend practical solutions.

• Experience in business analysis, data analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or process improvement within enterprise environments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other business productivity tools.

• Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, requirement gathering techniques, process mapping, and documentation standards.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within diverse and globally distributed teams.

• Understanding of data management, reporting frameworks, analytics processes, and business intelligence concepts.
