Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements using structured methodologies to ensure clarity and completeness.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, ensuring accurate representation of requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and support proposal development for new business initiatives.
• Support solution design by contributing to visualization, user experience, and configuration aspects.
• Manage requirement changes and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation for system implementations.
• Participate in acceptance testing by designing and executing test plans to validate solutions.
• Continuously analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering techniques, including documentation, validation, and analysis.
• Ability to decompose complex information and translate it into actionable insights.
• Experience in requirements traceability, change management, and prioritization techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to solution design.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder interaction.
• Experience in business process modeling, user story creation, and acceptance testing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies used in Agile or traditional project environments is a plus.

Expected Salary:

For a Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in Bangalore, the typical salary ranges between ₹8 LPA to ₹18 LPA, depending on domain expertise, analytical skills, and experience with business transformation projects.
