Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine data entry activities and upload financial transaction data accurately into accounting systems and reporting platforms.
• Verify invoices, accounting records, and financial documents to ensure transaction accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
• Support record-to-report activities including reconciliation, financial data processing, and documentation management.
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure adherence to data management policies and audit readiness requirements.
• Compile financial data and assist in preparing reports that support business analysis, operational reviews, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams on process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Assist in identifying discrepancies, inconsistencies, and missing information within financial transactions and accounting records.
• Support audits and compliance activities by preparing required financial documentation and maintaining process transparency.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, for data analysis, reporting, financial tracking, and operational support activities.
• Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of finance-related operational tasks.
• Follow organizational accounting procedures, compliance frameworks, and financial control policies during daily operations.
• Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to improve accounting, reporting, and business process understanding.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Fresher or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting, or business operations roles.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and the accounting cycle.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel for reporting and financial data handling.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial information accurately.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams and maintaining professional documentation.
• High attention to detail and accuracy while processing financial transactions and maintaining records.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in fast-paced operational environments.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and adapt to global business support requirements.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured financial processes and compliance guidelines.
• Self-motivated attitude with willingness to learn enterprise finance systems and accounting operations.
• Understanding of audit processes, internal controls, and financial compliance standards will be considered advantageous.
