Join Capgemini as a System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) QA Analyst driving quality assurance across large-scale enterprise transformation programs. In this role, you will govern multi-system integration testing lifecycles, validate complex end-to-end business workflows, and coordinate user acceptance testing alongside enterprise business stakeholders to ensure flawless software deployments.

You will partner closely with business analysts, solution architects, development leads, and business operations teams across global delivery units. Your analytical rigor will ensure that cross-platform data flows execute reliably, third-party system integrations operate seamlessly, and final business deliverables satisfy stringent operational and compliance criteria.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Formulate comprehensive SIT and UAT test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases mapped directly to functional business requirements.
• Execute end-to-end integration test suites across distributed application architectures, microservices, and external vendor interfaces.
• Facilitate and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution cycles with client business champions and operational end-users.
• Perform thorough defect tracking, logging detailed bug descriptions, reproduction steps, and root-cause summaries in Jira.
• Facilitate daily defect triage calls, collaborating with development squads to prioritize defect fixes and expedite sign-offs.
• Validate complex API payloads, data exchanges, and backend transaction records using SQL queries and API testing tools like Postman.
• Ensure comprehensive requirement traceability from business requirements specifications (BRD) through to SIT and UAT sign-off gates.
• Assist in setting up and validating staging and pre-production test environments with accurate test data configurations.
• Prepare executive-ready test summary reports, defect density metrics, and operational readiness recommendations for release boards.

Requirements & Eligibility:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, specifically focused on System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT coordination.
• In-depth understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), defect management workflows, and agile delivery frameworks.
• Solid proficiency writing SQL queries to perform backend data validation, data verification, and reconciliation across relational databases.
• Working familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) to inspect RESTful web services and interface responses.
• Extensive experience utilizing enterprise test management platforms including Jira, Xray, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into intuitive, user-centric acceptance test scripts.
• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to guide business users through structured UAT validation sessions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of engaging confidently with business and technical stakeholders.
