Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, update, and maintain KTM and TOV documentation while ensuring all engineering documents comply with organizational procedures, quality standards, and project requirements.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) for engineering projects, manufacturing operations, and production planning activities to support efficient workflow execution.
  • Organize, monitor, and maintain engineering tools, gauges, measuring instruments, and related equipment while ensuring proper availability, traceability, and calibration status.
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality assurance, and project teams to ensure documentation, materials, and engineering resources are available according to project schedules.
  • Generate, compile, and present performance reports using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and meaningful business insights.
  • Support data validation, documentation reviews, engineering records management, and process documentation to improve operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Participate in identifying opportunities to improve engineering documentation practices, workflow efficiency, tool management, and material tracking processes across various departments.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety guidelines, quality procedures, engineering standards, and internal compliance policies while supporting manufacturing and engineering activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contribute during project discussions, and communicate progress, issues, and recommendations professionally with internal stakeholders.
  • Learn and apply engineering best practices, industrial documentation standards, ERP processes, and manufacturing workflows while continuously improving technical and professional capabilities.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Basic understanding of engineering documentation, Bills of Materials (BOM), manufacturing processes, or engineering support activities through academic coursework, internships, or project experience.
  • Familiarity with engineering tools, measuring instruments, gauges, calibration concepts, and equipment handling practices commonly used in industrial environments.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools for documentation, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate engineering records, documentation, material information, and project-related data.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while demonstrating strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills in a professional workplace.
  • Understanding of quality management principles, engineering documentation standards, safety procedures, and compliance requirements will be considered an added advantage.
  • Exposure to ERP systems, inventory management software, BOM management tools, or material tracking systems through coursework or internships is desirable.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the capability to interpret engineering data, identify process improvement opportunities, and support operational excellence initiatives.
