Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of business intelligence solutions focused on DSP performance analytics and delivery feedback systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to define analytical roadmaps and strategic data initiatives.
  • Extract, transform, and load large datasets from multiple sources using SQL, scripting languages, ETL processes, and cloud-based data technologies.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards, reporting systems, and self-service analytics platforms to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze operational trends, delivery metrics, transportation performance, and customer insights to identify opportunities for business improvement.
  • Develop scalable data models, analytical frameworks, and reporting architectures that support business intelligence and operational analytics requirements.

Requirements & Eligibility

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics-related roles using enterprise data platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and databases such as Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL systems, or similar large-scale analytical databases.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or R for data analysis, automation, and reporting solution development.
  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools including Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Excel, or MicroStrategy.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques including correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, data pipeline architecture, and scalable reporting solution design.
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems, interpret large datasets, and generate actionable insights that support operational decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
