Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of business intelligence solutions focused on DSP performance analytics and delivery feedback systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, product managers, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to define analytical roadmaps and strategic data initiatives.
• Extract, transform, and load large datasets from multiple sources using SQL, scripting languages, ETL processes, and cloud-based data technologies.
• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards, reporting systems, and self-service analytics platforms to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze operational trends, delivery metrics, transportation performance, and customer insights to identify opportunities for business improvement.
• Develop scalable data models, analytical frameworks, and reporting architectures that support business intelligence and operational analytics requirements.
• Utilize Amazon technologies such as AWS S3, Redshift, internal data platforms, and enterprise analytics tools for large-scale data analysis.
• Perform statistical analysis, correlation studies, and data interpretation to uncover meaningful business trends and actionable operational insights.
• Support business strategy initiatives by presenting analytical findings, recommendations, and performance summaries to leadership and partner teams.
• Build and optimize low-cost, scalable data solutions that efficiently move data from production systems into enterprise reporting environments.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related analytical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, data engineering, or analytics-related roles using enterprise data platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and databases such as Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL systems, or similar large-scale analytical databases.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or R for data analysis, automation, and reporting solution development.
• Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools including Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, Excel, or MicroStrategy.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques including correlation analysis, hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, data pipeline architecture, and scalable reporting solution design.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems, interpret large datasets, and generate actionable insights that support operational decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience working with cloud technologies, data warehouses, and distributed data systems within enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to independently manage projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
• Advanced degree or Master’s qualification in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related technical fields will be considered an added advantage.

Expected Salary
