Oracle is hiring a Systems Analyst 2 Support professional to join its global support organization in Bengaluru. The Systems Analyst 2 Support role is centered around incident management, troubleshooting, customer support, and operational excellence. Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide post-sales technical support for Oracle applications and enterprise software solutions by addressing customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end application problems by gathering information, testing workflows, and analyzing user-reported incidents.
- Perform backend troubleshooting activities including database queries, log analysis, server monitoring, and system diagnostics to identify root causes.
- Work with SQL queries and database-related operations to analyze application behavior, retrieve data, and support issue resolution processes.
- Follow organizational change management procedures while implementing system updates, configuration changes, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor and manage support tickets while ensuring all assigned issues are resolved within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, engineering, application support, and customer management teams to resolve complex technical concerns.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders by providing regular updates, technical explanations, and resolution timelines.
- Document troubleshooting activities, investigation findings, issue resolutions, and technical knowledge articles throughout the support lifecycle.
- Prioritize incidents and support requests based on business impact, urgency, severity levels, and customer requirements.
- Support mission-critical healthcare and enterprise systems that directly impact client operations, financial processes, and patient safety initiatives.
- Participate in continuous learning programs, product training sessions, and self-learning activities to improve technical expertise and product knowledge.
Requirements & Eligibility
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field from a recognized institution.
- 0โ2+ years of experience in technical support, application support, system analysis, IT operations, or troubleshooting-related roles.
- Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts, including writing queries, analyzing tables, and troubleshooting backend issues.
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methodologies, incident management processes, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications, client-server environments, operating systems, and cloud-based support ecosystems.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, computer science fundamentals, and enterprise software architecture.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose moderately complex technical issues independently.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and collaborating with global teams.
- Ability to work in fast-paced support environments while effectively managing multiple incidents and customer priorities.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support experiences.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems, change management processes, and IT service management practices will be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and Oracle products.
