Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage incoming requests related to web analytics, reporting operations, and user access management while ensuring timely processing and resolution.
• Review, validate, and process user setup requests within the Angelfish platform according to organizational procedures and compliance requirements.
• Provide reporting access and manage permissions in Adobe Analytics based on approved business requests and access management policies.
• Ensure all assigned requests and operational tasks are completed within the defined 24-hour service-level agreement while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with requesters and stakeholders to clarify requirements, provide status updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth coordination.
• Troubleshoot basic access, configuration, or operational issues using analytical thinking and logical problem-solving approaches.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of completed requests, updates, and operational activities using internal tracking systems and reporting tools.
• Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams while ensuring proper issue tracking and follow-up processes.
• Follow organizational policies, access control standards, compliance guidelines, and operational procedures to ensure secure and efficient system management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support reporting operations, analytics workflows, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Learn and adapt to new analytics tools, operational systems, and enterprise technologies used within healthcare and reporting environments.
• Contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and service quality by managing multiple requests effectively and ensuring attention to detail in all assigned tasks.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical discipline from a recognized institution.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts such as variables, conditions, logic structures, simple scripting, or query writing is essential for this role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for interacting with stakeholders, resolving issues, and maintaining effective collaboration across teams.
