Accenture is hiring Customer Service New Associates to join its Retirement Solutions team in Bengaluru. This role is designed for individuals who are looking to build a career in the financial services and insurance domain, specifically within retirement planning services. As part of Accenture’s Intelligent Insurance Operations, you will contribute to transforming customer experiences by supporting retirement-related services such as 401(k), IRA accounts, and pension management. In this position, you will handle customer service operations related to retirement plans, ensuring accurate processing of transactions and maintaining high service quality. You will work on tasks such as account maintenance, participant servicing, enrollment processes, and documentation management. You will also interact with internal teams and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with operational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle routine customer service tasks related to retirement planning services by following standard operating procedures and predefined guidelines.
- Process participant-level transactions such as enrollments, account updates, asset transfers, and record maintenance with high accuracy.
- Support retirement products including 401(k), IRA accounts, pension plans, and other defined contribution schemes.
- Verify customer details such as address and personal information using authorized tools and public record systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain proper documentation of processes, including process flows, exceptions, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operational workflow.
- Manage time effectively to meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintain productivity targets.
- Assist in identifying process gaps and contribute to improving operational efficiency and documentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards in all tasks performed.
- Work in rotational or US shifts as per business requirements to support global clients.
Requirements & Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university, with a preference for candidates from commerce, finance, or business backgrounds.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or retirement operations, with freshers also eligible to apply.
- Basic understanding of US retirement services such as 401(k), IRA, or defined contribution plans is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and handle customer-related processes.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
- Ability to follow structured processes and work within predefined guidelines while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle routine issues and escalate complex cases appropriately.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including US shift timings, based on business needs.
- Familiarity with process documentation, workflow mapping, and compliance standards is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
