Responsibilities
We’re looking for a driven, eager apprentice to join our team. The apprentice’s responsibilities include learning and improving practical skills, attending on-site and off-site classes and workshops, adhering to all health and safety rules, completing tests and assignments, and presenting to staff and other stakeholders. You should be well-organized, adaptable, and eager to help wherever feasible.
Apprentices learn particular skills under the supervision of experienced colleagues. They have varying tasks based on their area, but are often compensated while undergoing supervised training and classroom study. Apprentices may also be expected to update records and perform written assignments.
Course Specialization:
Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical / Electronics and Communication/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Civil Engineering/Electronics Engineering
Graduating Batch: 2024, 2025 & 2026 (Only for Freshers)
50% and above in 10th, 12th and Engineering
No Backlog/No ATKT
Maximum 2 years of educational gap.
Candidate should not have signed Apprenticeship Contract with any other company (NATS) also shouldn’t have UAN generated.
Monthly Stipend INR 25000/-
Responsibilities
The selected Apprentices will be allocated to different functions/roles/BU. Candidate will be provided with hands-on experience which will enable to become employable.
Gather knowledge and develop skills in automobile operations comprising Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Manufacturing Planning and automotive components and aggregate development.
Build on the Technical knowledge in the academia through exposure to industrial work.
Improve Knowledge, Skill and Attitude by developing understanding on Manufacturing Planning Processes, Production supervision, Maintenance activity, Part procurement and Quality management systems.
Develop understanding and implementation skills of Problem Solving.
Exposure to cross functional working.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
