Roles & Responsibilities:

• Follow established testing procedures and guidelines for new builds and releases to maintain consistency and quality.
• Conduct regression and repetitive testing to validate fixes and ensure no new issues are introduced in updated builds.
• Capture and record test data using internal tools, maintaining detailed and organized test results.
• Communicate test outcomes, escalate critical issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain daily productivity targets while ensuring high accuracy and adherence to defined quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with testing protocols and contribute to delivering high-quality software products.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, providing a foundational understanding of analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and testing tools.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately execute test cases and identify defects.
• Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines while maintaining consistency in testing tasks.
• Good communication skills to report issues clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
