Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test and diagnostic programs for software systems and equipment.

• Prepare detailed test specifications, procedures, and documentation for new and existing products.

• Support troubleshooting and defect analysis to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

• Assist in planning test activities, including scheduling, labor estimation, and required test equipment.

• Develop and maintain test fixtures, tools, and scripts to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.

• Execute functional, regression, and system-level testing to validate product behavior.

• Collaborate closely with development and engineering teams to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements.

• Analyze test results and clearly report findings, defects, and risks to stakeholders.

• Follow established software testing processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Adhere to quality standards, safety guidelines, and best practices during all testing activities.

Requirements & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.

• Understanding of fundamental software testing processes, methodologies, and quality concepts.

• Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language, with Python preferred for automation tasks.

• Familiarity with common automation testing frameworks and basic scripting concepts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Good communication skills with solid English reading and writing abilities.

• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and testing approaches in a fast-evolving environment.
