Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications using Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET, and .NET Core. Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability across projects.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, including developers, designers, and product owners, to deliver high-quality EdTech products aligned with business goals.
• Design and implement new features based on user stories and requirements while following test-driven development (TDD) practices to ensure reliability.
• Work on backend and frontend integration using Web APIs and Angular, ensuring seamless communication between different application layers.
• Analyze existing systems and propose improvements or optimizations to enhance performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting activities to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain and manage databases using MSSQL, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal query performance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development practices and solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure clarity in requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery while maintaining high professional and quality standards.

Requirements & Eligibility:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in software development using Microsoft technologies, with a strong understanding of application development and maintenance.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, and .NET Core frameworks, along with experience in building scalable and high-performance applications.
• Strong knowledge of MSSQL and database management concepts, including writing efficient queries and handling large datasets.
• Experience with Web APIs and frontend technologies such as Angular, enabling full-stack development capabilities.
• Solid understanding of software development principles like Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID design principles.
• Familiarity with additional web technologies such as JavaScript, WCF, and ASP.NET MVC 5 is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural team environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
